| When
booking imusic for your event you can be assured that the following is
in place:
- iMusic DJ’s are insured for public liability to
an amount of not less than one million pounds.
- That the DJ's presentation is smart, professional
and relevant to the event.
- That the DJ has an adequate and appropriate
supply of recorded music.
- That the DJ uses reliable and safe transport.
- That the DJ arrives prior to the start of the
event at the time agreed with the client/venue.
- That the DJ sets up the equipment using the minimum amount of
space & time.
- That the equipment used is reliable, safe,
portable appliance tested (PAT) regularly and set up in a safe and
secure manner.
- That the DJ provides a programme of music
together with any other entertainment as agreed with the client.
Code of Working Practise
- That the sound is reproduced clearly.
- That the sound level is within the design limits
of the system with due regard to the size of the venue and its
acoustics.
- That the DJ can be understood.
- Safety and general tidiness.
- That safe working practices are employed.
- That the equipment is safe.
- That all cables and leads are secure.
- That all wiring connections are in good repair,
correctly connected and properly rated.
- That the disco and surrounding area is generally
tidy.
- That lighting should be suitable and adequate for
the venue and secured where necessary.
