this information with your chosen venue in order to liaise directly with them

necessary to fulfil your booking.
Save to the
process of the completion of your booking, iMusic will not email you in the
future unless you have given us your prior consent. iMusic will give you the
chance to refuse any marketing communication by way of an opt-out opportunity on
the Sales Contract provided with the quotation, however if you prefer,
notification of intent can be made earlier.
In such cases
where consent is given, from time to time, promotional or follow-up literature
may be made available to you by letter, e-mail, and telephone or otherwise as
part of any marketing campaign employed by iMusic at the time.
When you enter
a competition or other promotional feature, we will take your name, address and
e-mail address so that we may administer the contest and notify you if you have
won. We will not share this personal information with outside parties except to
the extent necessary to administer the contest and notify you if you have won.
